7.0la posizione è fantastica. zona sicura e con tutto quello che potete necessitare nelle vicinanze. vista dall'alto di Cdmx top. il palazzo è molto ben organizzato e servito con piscina, palestra, garage e molto altro ed è perfettamente tenuto e curato. la sicurezza è elevata(impossibile entrare se non risiedete o alloggiate nel palazzo)
− la descrizione dell'alloggio non corrisponde in tutto alla verità. l'appartamento non ha la vasca idromassaggio (dettaglio che ce lo aveva fatto scegliere in confronto a altre opzioni simili.) questa cosa mi ha infastidito molto perché la descrizione DEVE corrispondere a quello che io mi troverò davanti sul luogo.. al momento dell'arrivo è un po' complesso riuscire a passare tutta la sicurezza e riuscire a entrare, ma con un po' di pazienza si riesce e poi ne sarete soddisfatti. siamo alloggiati nell'appartamento per 10 giorni, il giorno della nostra partenza non erano previsti arrivi. ho chiesto di restare in appartamento 3 ore in più rispetto all'orario di check-out visto che l'aereo lo avevamo la sera e la risposta è stata tassativa nonostante l'appartamento fosse libero. ho chiesto di pagare una notte in più solo per poter lasciare l'appartamento alle 15 invece che alle 11 e ha accettato ma è sparito dalla conversazione appena dopo il pagamento: disponibilità e flessibilità verso il cliente ZERO. ho pagato 80€ tra stanza e commissioni solo per poter uscire 4 ore più tardi P.S. faccio il suo stesso lavoro e non mi comporterei cosi

− Baja calidad del departamento : el sillón del living sucio y roto, los aparatos electrodomésticos no funcionan (rice cooker, tostador, cafetera), le falta mantenimiento, paredes sucias, closets llenos de colchones etc El apartamento y el edificio tiene olores a drenaje El apartamento está en piso 12 por lo que se concentra mucho el calor, y aunque esta unidad dispone de ventilador , no es suficiente .
