2.0Very nice location, 7Eleven is just right next to Hotel, . Reception wave the percentage charge when we pay by card. Bell boy carried our baggages. Our 8yrs old kid stayed for free as per Hotel policy.
− Room smell not fresh, noisy AC, toilet cover was broken, no facial tissue, no mirror or make up table, no safe box, TV has cross line middle of screen, extra bed looks old and damaged. Worse part...The bell boy Myanmar speaker staff boy make us feel disrespected when he came to fix TV and told us no Myanmar language 😂 (Hello we speak English &travel around the world) The housekeeping lady Myanmar speaker doesnt know customer services...when we ask facial tissue she said not available.. then we asked then can u give extra tpilet roll, she said nope 😂 We will never recommend to our friends or family to visit there.

− It is not clean and untidy , our stay here is not helpful and it doesn’t give us a relaxing stay . Sadly, we found an insect in our bed and it gives us bite marks .
