Even though the property already holds an almost perfect ranking, both the hotel itself and especially the Club Lounge staff managed to exceed all expectations. The facilities were modern, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere struck a wonderful balance - relaxed yet refined, making it easy to feel both comfortable and included. A heartfelt thank you to entire team for creating such a memorable experience. This hotel truly deserves every bit of its excellent reputation.

10.0お部屋の環境，清潔さ、心のこもったウエルカムレター、全てとても心地よいものでしたが、何よりも印象的かつ再訪したいと心から思えたのはスタッフの方々全ての自然でチャーミングな笑顔でした。 特に朝食リリーズのスタッフ、エントランスのベルボーイ？の方々の対応は素晴らしく一日の始まりをより心地よく，又帰りの疲れを癒してくださるかのような笑顔でした。 もちろん朝食のリリーズでのひとときは幸せそのものでした🎶 次回も是非利用させていただきたいですね。

10.0Absolutely beautiful hotel. The views of the Marina Bay are breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are very eager to serve you and create a harmonious environment. So close to attractions, shopping and dining.
