Disappointing condo!
1.0Hot water for shower, big TVs
− Dangerous and poor neighborhood, far away from nice places and awkward to use public transport from there. People managing the condo prioritise pleasing their bosses rather than enhancing comfort for clients (guess what?? The clients PAY your wages): taking a long time to let you into building; trying to keep passport; NOT allowing beer consumption on terrace!, and send passive aggressive emails AND WhatsApps when you do, or when you leave a can there (yet they don't have trash bins anywhere. Strange logic). The 'private balcony' isnt private at all- looks into the neighbour's bedroom and kitchen window, NO view of mountains from balcony or terrace (the private terraces have great views but we're not allowed access.) They also have bars as the floor of the balcony to encourage residents not to use. I asked for a cancelation within minutes of arriving to property (see photos) which Jonathan agreed to. But then, decided to DECLINE the request through email rather than speaking to me directly. There were strange stains on the bed The staff are quick to bombard you with emails, WhatsApps and messages about rules, rules, rules but omit to make your life easier by giving check in instructions, wifi passwords, tour info (saysnin amenities that there is a tour desk? There isn't), transport help etc... Priorities of staff are all wrong and probably need to go to Asia or Europe to realise a thing or 2 about hospitality.

9.0The homeowner (Jonathan) is wery nice and helpful, good room condition, DEDICATED WORKING PLACE WITH A MONITOR YOU CAN CONNECT TO YOUR LAPTOP AND WERY COMFORTABLE CHAIR. Water heater.
− The toilet tank didn't work - need to use a bucket for a flush, toilet rim absence.

10.0La habitación esta limpia, confortable la parte de la sala está acomoda y limpia, con un trato amable para sus huéspedes. Puedes hacer uso de todas las instalaciones. La vista del balcón muy bonita.
