− Hice mi reserva por una app al llegar no me dieron acceso al edificio, marque al establecimiento y me contestó una señorita muy grosera, diciendo me que revise mi app que hay me avisó que canceló mi reserva, en la app nunca apareció una cancelación hasta las 3:30 siendo que mi chek in era a las 3:00 y le pregunté por mí reembolso y riéndose contesto pues yo no cobre nada fue la aplicación.
