Friendly and helpful staff with a smile in a cozy hotel, enjoyed my stay there.
9.0Good location, near BTS. Breakfast was not bad as eggs can be cooked to my preference. Very clean, no funny odours and always have enough complimentary bottled water. Best of all - enough pillows to sleep & cuddle.
− Turning on the TV channels can be a challenge as there is no channel guide to watch my preferred channel - CNA. The free wifi took a while to login; needed to seek help from the reception(male) to go to my room to connect wifi.

9.0The facilities are very clean and organized. I had a room that had a separate living room and bedroom and that was nice. The staff is awesome and seems always ready to help. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining my room and that must have been tough. The bed was comfortable! The gym was pretty good. The pool seemed small but once I was swimming, it was actually pretty big and very clean.
− The shower water was never more than Luke-warm. That was frustrating. The location is good but when walking to the main road, you pass about 7 small bars that are aggressive in trying to get you in.
