10.0The staff were lovely, I arrived 3 hours early with 0 expectations of being allowed to check in on arrival and not only was i offered early check in, they upgraded my room free of charge. I also had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bed was perfect for me!
− The pool could have opened earlier as I was fancying an early morning swim to start my day. Appreciate it needs to be cleaned at some point though!
