− The hottest room in town! Well we can say that it is true, coming from a tropical country, we are used to using Aircon. They have AC's but its not cold, you can not feel the air coming out of the vent.

2.0Una noche no contamos con aire acondicionado, dijeron que al día siguiente vendría el técnico y que nos compensarían. El técnico fue en la mañana pero dejó la ventana abierta y el aire acondicionado goteando, me caí y me lastime por dicho descuido.
− La forma de solucionar los problemas del equipo, porque les escribí según sus instrucciones y sigo sin tener una respuesta … luego de un mes del incidente

9.0Local agradável, fácil acesso, funcionários gentis e prestativos, cheguei cedo e pude deixar minha mala antes do check in, isso foi de grande ajuda. Fiquei em um quarto com 6 camas e sempre o banheiro estava limpo.
− As pessoas do meu quarto eram sem noção e acendiam a luz mesmo de madrugada ao invés de acender a luz individual deles

7.0The best thing about this apartment is its location. It's right on Passeig de Gràcia, one of Barcelona's main streets, making it very easy to walk to many of the city's main attractions, as well as restaurants, cafés, and shops. The area is excellent and very convenient for exploring Barcelona. Unfortunately, aside from the location, our experience did not meet our expectations.
− The room is too small for four people. There wasn't enough space to comfortably open or store our suitcases, which made the stay less convenient. The air conditioning also didn't seem to work properly, and the room was very warm throughout our stay. Considering the room size and overall experience, we also felt that the price was quite high and did not offer good value for money. In addition, the front desk staff could be friendlier. While not everyone was unfriendly, at least two staff members gave the impression that they were not very welcoming or willing to assist guests. A more welcoming and helpful attitude would make a big difference.
Best value you can get for money, budget luxury.
10.0The location was premium. Bus/metro stations just 1 min walking. Lots of exclusive and luxury brands all around it. Also the interior design was perfect mix of modern and historical.
