Excellent location, wonderful staff, and a very comfortable stay overall for our whole family.
10.0We had a very pleasant stay overall. As a big family group, we rented 4 different apartments and were all very pleased with the experience. The amenities were great, the breakfast options had a lot of variety and were always punctual, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They constantly checked in to see if we needed recommendations or if we wanted the rooms cleaned daily. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles every time we ran out. The location was excellent — very safe and surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. We especially loved Niels café right across the street.
− The only observation we had was regarding the sofa bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable for sleeping. However, the regular beds were exceptionally comfortable and made up for it.

1.0Die Lage war hervorragend und das Personal eigendlich sehr zuvorkommend und hilsbereit
− am 2. Tag am Nachmittag war unser Zimmer überschwemmt. Das ganze Apartment war mindestens 5cm hoch mit Wasser voll. Die Betten waren dadurch zum teil nass. Die Zisterne wurde befüllt und nicht rechtzeitig gestoppt. Der Vorfall ereignete sich nach 18 Uhr. Vom Personal war nur der Sicherheitsmann Vorort. Dieser hatte versucht alles zu trocknen. Wir baten den Sicherheitsmann uns mit dem Management zu verbinden, da es gesundheitlich nicht vertretbar war in der Unterkunft zu bleiben. Keiner vom Management wollte mit uns sprechen. wir hatten sogar dem Sicherheitsmann beim trocken geholfen in der Hoffnung das jemand vom Management sich melden würde, um die Optionen zu besprechen. Ich hatte Booking angerufen, aber auch die Konnten niemanden mit Entscheidungsfähigkeit erreichen. Daher haben wir uns um 23Uhr entschieden (das Apartment war immer noch nass) , in ein anderes Hotel zu ziehen. Wir warten auf die Rückerstattung der nicht genommenen Nächte. Das Management mit uns korrespondiert und nur falsche Aussagen uns gesendet (z.B. das sie uns ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten haben - was nicht stimmt!). Was gut Anfing ist leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung geworden und hat uns bis heute viel Zeit wegen der Recklamierung gekostet.

10.0Ubicación excelente, barrio tranquilo y con ambiente, multitud de cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. Tráfico casi inexistente, lo cual es muy de agradecer en Ciudad de México. Tranquilidad total y seguridad 24 horas en el alojamiento. El personal de recepción y seguridad súper amables.
− El desayuno. Aunque esto no es muy relevante teniendo cocina en el apartamento.

10.0Great location! Felt safe, quiet and comfortable. The property as friendly 24/hour security, which added extra peace of mind as we came and went. We had a late arrival, but the property team was very responsive and worked with us to coordinate check-in upon arrival. The apartment itself was very roomy, bright and spacious. We didn't end up needing the kitchen or spend too much time in the unit, but I would certainly return for an extended time and use the amenities. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we were asked every day whether or need we needed housekeeping or new towels. I would 1000000% stay here again. Thank you sm!!!
