9.0The hostel is in a good location in the Roma area! Although there's a lot of restaurants and bars close by, the hostel itself is in a very quite street! I had a single room with an attached bathroom,which was nice and overall clean ! The instructions you get beforehand makes it pretty simple ! WiFi is good and showers hot if that matters somehow! Thanks

− Lack of personnel in the reception. Lack of toilet paper in the one bathroom. Baskets with dirty toilet paper in toilets were not cleaned everyday. Towels were not delivered on time when I arrived. Breakfast is tosts with marmolade - one day when I wanted to eat breakfast at 9 am there was nothing left and I had to eat breakfast in the different place.
Rude man in charge, noisy ambient but the room was ok and the noighborhood too. Wouldn't stay again.

− I asked for an early check in and they confirmed it but when I arrived they told me I had to wait 5 hours or they'd cancel my booking in a terrible way. I said I could wait but I booked it because I could make an early check in. The manager shouted at me saying then I should look for some other place. Fortunately, there was a very polite problem solver woman receptionist who said sorry and arranged everything for me to wait just an hour until the room was ready.

10.0Great location, walking distance to everything you need around, easy to reach from airport. Check-in / our very easy with key box . Nice social vibe and great host Francisco who threw a bbq for us - thank you for the warm welcome to Mexico!!
