comodidad sí, pero no me sentí consentido.

La atención y la limpieza, así como la habitación.

− Me entregaron mi habitación 2 horas y media tarde, no tuve acceso al spa, porque no se podía compartir en parejas, no entendí porque cobran el estacionamiento a quienes pagamos por la habitación que se contrato, se olvidaron unos lentes en la habitación y no aparecieron.

El gimnasio y la piscina temperada muy buena. En el restaurant se come bien

− Olor a comida en todo el piso de las suites (piso PH) nos cambiamos de habitación por el olor y el ruido de la calle, pero no mejoro el olor. No tiene cajones para la ropa, piezas grandes sin poder guardar bien la ropa. No hay donde colgar las toallas. La atención es mala, en general no saben atender bien, deben capacitarlos mas.
