10.0Everyone was polite and kind. Easy access, metro is right outside and so are food options and a quick walk to Paseo de la Reforma. I would stay again.

10.0Great place for our family of five. Two king beds and a pull out sofa (our youngest took the sofa). Daniel the portero was friendly and efficient. When a hairdryer broke he replaced it, when we had to leave super early in the morning he was right there to check us out. When I had any questions he was quick to respond to my text. It’s in Juarez and easy to walk to Chapultepec, Zona Rosa/Roma Norte or Condesa. The metro stop is RIGHT outside, on the pink metro line which we noticed wasn’t as crowded as other lines. It is near plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop with swings, and a washer dryer at no charge.
