Completely unacceptable and unsanitary stay
1.0− This hotel listing is a total scam; the pictures posted online do not correspond to reality in any way. Our stay started on a bad note when we checked in to find a non-functioning toilet, which required a formal complaint to get repaired. The physical state of the room is awful—the ceiling is full of mold and completely unsanitary, and the apartment is crawling with bugs and mosquitoes. On top of the filth, sleeping is impossible due to non-existent sound insulation and constant dog barking throughout the entire night. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place should be avoided at all costs.

9.0We were a little unsure at first because of some negative reviews, but we ended up really enjoying our stay. The sheets were fresh and clean, the shower had hot water, parking was easy, and the loft-style bed was very cozy. The air conditioning also worked great. We also made friends with the local dogs, which was a fun little bonus. There was no breakfast, but honestly, for the price, we didn’t expect much. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and very good value for money.

5.0Het huisje opzicht ziet er prima uit, ook de grote vd kamer.
− Personeel niet aanwezig op het park. Telefoonnr blijkt van andere eigenaar. Nieuwe eigenaar kent niet de gemaakte afspraken, zoals WiFi, ontbijt en koelkast, waterkoker etc. Zelf WiFi moeten regelen en na 1.5 dag koelkast gekregen die stonk. Dus visueel ziet het er aan de buitenkant prima uit maar dat is het ook. Schoonmaakster doet wel haar best maar spreek alleen Thais en is er alleen op de dag.

1.0Это мой второй визит в Аютхаю и в прошлый раз я уже останавливалась в этом отеле. В тот раз все понравилось и я решила остановиться там же.
− При бронировании деньги списались успешно, а в сообщения пришло не только подтверждение, но и сообщение с информацией по размещению. Видимо автоматическое. Приехав в отель нас встретил запертый забор с табличкой " отель не работает" и контактами тех поддержки booking. Ни один телефон и мессенджер отеля не отвечал. Жаль что такой хороший отель просто кидает своих гостей, списывая деньги. Неужели нельзя отключить бронирования если вы закрылись? Поддержка booking также пока не решила вопрос с возвратом средств, ограничившись отпиской "не смогли связаться с объектом размещения".
