3.0Location and amenities are good overall.
− There have been a few things that made our stay at BLAU not as pleasant as it could be: - there are ants in the room, which were reported, the cleaning team had a look, but the ants are still there, a day after the cleaning took place, please see a photo attached; - while the cleaning was done, we had to relocate to another room and had to move back again, when the cleaning was over. Needless to say that packing and unpacking this much was not part of our plan; - while we relocated to the new room, we were told that we can leave some clothes in the original room. When we returned to the original room after the cleaning, they were missing, we carefully checked both original and new rooms and they were not found. We did the check very diligently so we could claim that clothes were never left behind. After we reported the issue, the staff returned our clothes in a black bin bag with the note "404" in it, claiming it was left in the new room. We never moved these clothes to the new room, nor it is understandable why would they end up in the black bin bag, instead an impression was made that we left them behind and did not carefully check, a thing we deliberately wanted to avoid; and - again as part of relocation we were asked to provide a list of items missing. The list did not include a swim suit, but we found it only after a while that there is a swim suit missing. It was packed in a separate sealed bag and it is missing, we did not claim it originally because it took a while to find it out as we were trying to enjoy our vacation. We reported this issue and so far there is no response. We flagged all issues to the staff via WhatsApp and email but never received a response.
