The idea of experiencing a piece of the boats history and nostalgia. An insight to what was built for Queen Elizabeth II, later bought by Frank Sinatra, sailed on by Marilyn Monroe. You could achieve that by booking a trip!

− Due to the boats history I want to be respectful in my review! But also give an honest account, so others know what to bring and expect. This boat woukd be more fitting of a museum, this description would be much more fitting for purpose. Accepting the age and history, you can appreciate the age of furniture, carpets, decorations. But even old carpets should be cleaned or hoovered in the hospitality industry. And attempts to maintain hygiene is also expected regardless of the age of a boat if you are going to use it for the purpose it is. Check in was a shambles from the start it went from 3pm, to 5pm to 8:30pm. I expressed my unhappiness, Barcelona is a humid place to visit, w as utingvto check in a shower was needed before we headed out gif our evening. After much objections instead of the team meeting you at the ‘ChipIron’ restaurant as booking emails state, a young 19 year old lad, said to walk round to the boat yard and we could have our cabin, it was 4pm. To be fair to him, he did what he could scanned passports for check in, showed us to our room, that was pretty much his involvement. It didn’t get better from here, again respecting the age of the boat, there was a constant damp musty smell, but there are many things host can do to make experiences better, the towels left in the bathroom room we not just damp but wet, folded like they were fresh but wet, and smelt fusty. You could not get dry in them. You have to leave the boat, for the even private booking 5:30-9 which wasn’t an issue as we were doing more sightseeing and food, and returned 10pm ish. There was a woman host still around.we went to our room to find the bottom half of our bed to the mattress was wet, not just damp, wet! I quickly thought I’ll tell the woman before she leaves. She explained the sea was choppy and the boat leaks! Dad said to turn the mattress we attempted that, but the mattress was disgusting on the other side, mould stained. So we put it back down.
