Quartos bonitos, teria sido perfeito se não tivéssemos o problema com os chuveiros.
8.0Localização excelente e segura, funcionários atenciosos, cortesia de garrafas de água e cápsulas de café diariamente.
− Infelizmente, o chuveiro estava com problemas, esfriava demais não permitindo um banho de mais de 5 minutos. Nos deram até mais um quarto, porém o problema persistiu quase que todos os dias. E um dos dias, a limpeza do quarto não foi realizada, precisamos solicitar após um dia inteiro fora.

7.0Perfect location in Condesa / Roma, walkable to lots of nice cafes and food spots. Comfy bed and good bathroom.
− Unfortunately there was a really bad fishy smell in our original room. We were moved to a new smaller room after the first night. Staff were friendly but they ignored our complaints about the smell when we moved in and were unable to offer us a partial refund for our troubles.
