9.0Our stay at Pipa Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. We unfortunately missed our late check-out due to Bangkok traffic, but the staff were very understanding and kindly did not charge us any additional fees—something we truly appreciated. The room was modern, stylish and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. Towels were changed daily, and the complimentary bottled water was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wonderful variety of options.
