1.0The staff were so lovely
− The rooms and facilities looked nothing like the photos. The pool was brown, the aircon was aimed directly at the bed and could only be set to high. We were meant to stay for a week but could only stay one night because of how bad it was. The staff were lovely, accommodating and understanding of this and worked hard to ensure we were comfortable for that night.
