Other than the rooms being comfy, I’d also like to highlight the exceptional service of Wanlop, a concierge staff. Always equipped with a bright smile, he never fails to make me feel welcomed back and is always happy to offer help with my bags and anything I need. 10.0We had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel staff, doormen, receptionists, everyone in the hotel was nice and sweet. We got an early check-in which we didn't expect. Our checkout was also seamless. Will book our stay again if we ever visit Bangkok
