3.0− This hotel did not live up to the five-star standard it advertises. While the rooms are spacious, the overall property feels quite dated. The internet connection was slow, the safe in our room wasn’t functioning properly, and the hair dryer was broken. Although the beds are large, they were extremely uncomfortable and exceptionally firm, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff were polite and courteous, but very few spoke English. This made even simple interactions challenging, which is disappointing for a hotel in the capital city that markets itself as a five-star property. Overall, our stay fell short of expectations, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or choose to stay here again.

8.0-Definitivamente el personal, amables, educados, buscan la forma de apoyarte durante la estancia. -Bien ubicado -Habitación chiquititita pero funcional -Muy limpio -Seguro
− -La regadera si es un poco resbalosa puede ser peligrosa. -La cama y almohadas son una piedra, muy horribles. -Debería haber plancha, muy amables la solicité y me la llevaron, pero me parece debería haber una en cada habitación.

6.0Habitaciones de buen espacio, pero la cama bastante dura. El personal respetuoso pero su capacidad de respuesta muy limitada. La ubicación y el estacionamiento muy buenos.
− El personal muy poco atento. Servicio a la habitación tuvimos que marcar hasta tres veces para conseguir unas colchas. La facturación en el restaurante mal planeada y no encontraban nuestras facturas. En general el costo no justifica la estancia. Las habitaciones ya algo viejas, con instalaciones descuidadas. Hasta encontramos botellas de alcohol en los closest, no sé si de otro huésped. En general necesitan una mejor administración y manejo de personal.

8.0No desayune, pero se ve bueno. LAS instalaciones las han conservado. Me alojé hace 15 años y está bien cuidado. el estacionamiento bien. Y cerca del WTC A VECES ME IBA CAMINANADO.
