Exceptionally bad stay
6.0Location of the property was good. Room sizes and overall facilities were good
− The services were not aligned with what one would expect for a 4-star property that it claims to be. Front desk was extremely slow. We ended up getting access to our room 30mins later than the usual check-in time - this is absolutely unacceptable and hasn’t ever happened to me. Secondly, the bathroom in our room had the worst smell ever and even after multiple complaints and requests, the team couldn’t do anything about it and we had to bear the smell throughout the stay. Thirdly, air conditioning did not work well. The temperature was centrally set at a nominal level, which during peak European heatwave meant the stay was overall very uncomfortable. The room temperature couldn’t be altered, not even the blower.

10.0Hotel novo, bonito e bem confortável. Bem localizado em local silencioso. Café da manhã excelente, com muita qualidade e variedade. Gostamos muito e voltaríamos a nos hospedar, com certeza.

10.0Limpio, bonito, ordenado. La habitación era muy bonita con una vistas espectaculares al puerto. Tenía frigorífico, cafetera, jara agua, secador, plancha. El desayuno muy variado y un trato exquisito por parte del personal. Tenían agua limón, fruta y chuches en recepción. Desayuno hasta las 12.

− مافى حمام سباحه بعيد شوى عن السنار مشى 20دقيقه تقريبا بس مومشكله لان المناظر والاجواء ماتحس ومحطه ااقطار والباصات 10 ولا يوجد ماء بالغرف
