9.0El desayuno fue muy variado, de calidad y muy bien servicio por el personal que estaba asigando para el mismo
− La piscina es muy valorada porque en una ciudad tan grande y con las temperaturas que estàbamos afrontando, era un lugar ideal para relajarse sin salir de la ciudad. Por eso lo elegimos y porque sabemos de la calidad de la cadena hotelera. Pero, nos encontramos con que el dìa sàbado(ìbamos por el fin de semana) a partir de la 1 pm, se habìa rentado para un evento con lo que quienes estàbamos tranquilos disfrutando en familia, nos vimos perjudicados por la mùscia que ponìan a un volùmen imposible de tolerar. Y esto generò que muchas familias, entre las que nos incluìmos, tuvimos que irnos del àrea de piscina y dejar de disfrutar del fin de semana como lo habìamso planeado. Entendemos que esto es algo que el hotel tiene todo el derecho de hacer pero sì es necesario que se avise a los clientes para poder decidir si van o no a alojarse justamente en esos dìas
Bien , sin embargo...
7.0− Este es un hotel que visitamos con frecuencia, sin embargo en la última oportunidad, no salieron algunas cosas bien: 1- Por logística del mundial cerraron las vías de acceso al hotel y toco buscar alternativas para llegar caminando , aunque no es responsabilidad del hotel , lo menos esperado era unas disculpas o alguna cortesía. 2- El día final al terminar el desayuno nos pasaron la factura de cobro, de un desayuno que estaba incluido en el paquete, por la necesidad de salir con prosa al aeropuerto decidí pagar y esperar a aclarar luego la situación, Aunque si resulto incomodo. 3- Por alguna razón en esta oportunidad la habitación no tenia un blackout y la luz resultaba un poco en incomoda en las mañanas
