Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!
10.0Top Lage, gute Anbindung an BVG! Zimmer topmodern, geräuscharm trotz Straße und vieler Gäste, bequeme Betten. Klimaanlage ist im Sommer sehr angenehm. Damen am Empfang sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Tiefgarage mit viel Platz und großen Parkflächen.
− Ein kleiner Kühlschrank bzw. eine Minibar wäre im Sommer wünschenswert.
Great location, but hotel could do better
6.0Location, size of room, good breakfast
− When the room was cleaned, the bin wasn’t emptied, the cups were left dirty and we had to ask for more coffee (we had to ask for all of these things to be dealt with, plus, no apology was given). Also, it would seem that the hotel is quite quiet, but despite this, some of the staff were really disengaged from the guests e.g. no greetings from the welcome desk etc.
