8.0The staffs are so kind. Even I was not native people in Zew Zealand, they listened to me politely. Also, the room was large enough for me. I once stayed at the hotel in Japan and the room was smaller than this one although the price is almost same.

Small but perfectly formed.
7.0It had everything I needed. TV was easy to use. It was pretty central, but up a hill. I was walking so a few minutes closer to central shopping would have been good. Not easy to change location though! Id probably stay here again if I ever had to travel alone.
− It was hard to use the toilet. I had to sit sideways. I think a pedestal basin would have worked way better and given more space near the toilet. I wish there was a sink in the living area but only having one in the bathroom is to be expected for a less high end room.
