6.0The shower and sink would flood every time I tried to use them. There's a 7-11 a minute away and that was convenient.

2.0I booked a family room for 4 of us. Upon arriving at 10pm, therecwas only enough bed space for 3 of us. We asked for anither room. There was nothing available. The very rude Front desk lady did offer us another bed to be brought up fo $25. I asked if my 11 yr old daughter would fit his bed, She replied no. So...it was a toddler size bed! Ugh how frustrating. We left.
