− No plug in sink, was quickly replaced though when wr asked for one
Its a nice place, but I don't think I would stay again. Price & not accessible enough for wheelchair
8.0Overall it was a good experience. The staff were lovely. I needed to be able to come by car, so being able to park there was important. We were close to a shop, so my daughters were able to pop out and grab a few things we needed. The unit itself was lovely, the balcony was a nice addition. The restaurant food was great... it was a real bonus.
− I am in a wheelchair so I found the lobby a little restrictive... it seemed constantly busy. The unit doors and the unit itself are definitely not wheelchair friendly... the rooms were small and we had to move furniture around. I asked for a shower chair, but apparently you don't have any. Apart from that, I thought the carpet in the main bedroom was a little on the worn side and had had things spilled on it. I didn't notice anywhere else, I just remember being surprised by the carpet in my room. The hand soap wasn't on the wall and it must have been split because I had to wipe the counter a couple of times... it wasn't running everywhere, but it was 'pooling' a little. The hair conditioner in the shower was either empty or not working. I couldn't shower without a chair, but my daughter in law used the shower and had no conditioner to finish off the wash. Overall I don't think I would come back. I think I could have found something less expensive and I need something more accessible.

− Ran out of soap, shampoo, conditioner and no room service for 3 days. Rubbish wasn’t dumped and coffee/milk wasn’t replenished. I had to can for conditioner. Also room service food for the second night was cold.
