− 1. The hotel is unclean, and the reception staff are rude and have a poor attitude. 2. I was asked to have my passports photocopied, but I thought they were being held for photocopying. I sat on chairs, and when I returned to reception, I found the passports on the reception counters. Luckily, I saw them. 3. The Indian residents are disrespectful. They enter the elevator in groups, even though you have a family with you. The elevator is small and unclean, and everyone is behaving erratically or carrying a bottle of alcohol. They show no respect for the hotel or the other guests. 4. The Indian residents gather in groups at reception and near the restrooms, which is inappropriate. 5. The porter at the door, an elderly man, took my luggage to my room. When I thanked him, he didn't like it and spoke to me in Thai because I didn't give him a tip, which I'm not obligated to give. 6. Upon arrival, the hotel should be more considerate of families, especially. I asked to pay in cash because my Visa card was malfunctioning. I told them to keep my passport and then go to my room. I showered, paid, and offered to pay the entire amount in cash, but they refused. I told them I'd pay and go inside with my children, which was inappropriate. I told them two hours at most and I'd pay the full amount for all nights. 7- The TV is old, not a smart TV, for your information. 8- On the last day, at checkout, I told them to bring down the luggage. At checkout time, I went down to put the luggage in the vehicle and get my family in. The receptionist came out shouting, "No, no, checkout!" I told her there was a security guard. If I got into the vehicle and it started moving, she should tell him not to move. I only had to put the luggage in, get my family in, and return to reception. I had already paid for the stay and everything, and there was nothing to buy in the room. I handed over the key and left. 9- Unfortunately, for me, this hotel is a zero.
Convenient, fun, confortable
9.0It's hard to beat the location on Soi 11, and the pool / bar on the... I forget, 6th floor or whatever it is... is good fun. This isn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it's consistent and perfect for a weekend in Bangkok.
