10.0Customer service.Mr. Angelo and all the staffs,from the receptionists and restaurant team to the egg chefs, security guards, and housekeeping staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented. Their warm hospitality and willingness to help made our stay truly enjoyable. Then the room its like home sweet home.....
− The only slight inconvenience was the distance between the different buildings facilities. However, this did not take away from the excellent service and hospitality provided by all the staff.....

9.0Beautiful location, cleanliness, supportive staff especially Marisol, Abbas and Lokendea.
− Nothing to highlight. Just to mention that o tye day of checkout, the access card stopped working after 12pm while we had informed the reception that we will check out at 2pm. It created some discomfort for tye family.
