Great location, wonderfully helpful staff, but facilities felt more like a 3 star than a 4 star.
8.0Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was great.
− They wanted to charge us extra money to check in 2 hours early. The bathroom only had 1 hand towel, a bathmat, and 2 bath towels (no washrags, no extra hand towels).
