1.0Muy decepcionados con este hotel, pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0. Lo único que ha salvado este hotel ha sido su localización y que las camas era cómodas.
− El hotel, a pesar de querer ser un 4 estrellas, deja mucho que desear: habitaciones sin renovar, la ventana no cerraba y no podíamos controlar el termostato por lo que pasamos frio. El baño necesita renovación. Lo peor fue que, tras 4 noches de alojamiento 3 personas, se negaron a guardar nuestro equipaje durante la excursión de 2 días que íbamos a hacer fuera de CDMX, nos obligaron a reservar una habitación para la vuelta de la que no hicimos uso. Es decir, nos cobraron el importe de una habitación para guardar nuestras maletas sin que se nos informara previamente.
