− Las recamaras no tienen clima y se solicito un ventilador que nunca llevaron. Las camas y almohadas no son tan comodas, ya que son muy duras. El mobiliario es viejo, incluyendo las teles que no son pantallas. No me respetaron mi reservación y tibe que pagar mas. Los empleados no te resuelven nada, segun ellos q porque no tienen el material necesario.

− Falta renovar muebles antiguos, Alfombras , Aire acondicionado no funciona . pero me prestaron un ventilador.

− Edificio viejo, habitación sin limpiar al recibirla, con mal olor, la ducha goteaba siempre y el baño sucio el piso estaba baboso de sucio, el sanitario al jalar la cadena se salía el agua
