Nice friendly staff and within walking distance of Westfield and other services

− There was no air con and bathroom had no ventilation system.
I would stay here again if I ever had to stay in Auckland.
10.0Our room was well set out; management provided an extra bed for my mokopuna, which was a last-minute decision on my part. We all had space to do our own thing in the rooms. Having a combo washing machine and dryer was a bonus. Information on how to use the washing machine and microwave was at the reception desk.
− Getting used to the car park noise and the planes flying overhead. After a while, you just got used to it.

− It didnt have air conditioning… we had fans etc but it didnt work. The facilities was good… just didn’t know how to use them.

5.0Location was excellent. It was spacious. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cutlery etc, Good size fridge and freezer
− Yes, there was a lift but access from carpark was up steep stairs, plus two big heavy doors to get into our apartment. Not the easy access we envisaged for limited mobility. The apartment was not well maintained. things like table and chairs were wobbly, dishwasher broken, no plug for sink, no tea towel, no coat hangers, the wardrobe rail broke.
