10.0The staff was very helpful with everything even with a late checkout due to our flight. I intend to visit again Madrid and I will definitely stay again here. The location is extremely close to everything, are 2 metro stations near by, and Prado Museum is about 20 minutes walk from here.

9.0Ruime kamer, met prettige bank, maar ook koelkast, magnetron en kleine kookgelegenheid. Airco werkte goed en er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt. Erg vriendelijk personeel! De ligging is super, vlakbij de metro, supermarkt en winkelstraat. De wijk is leuk en op loopafstand van de Grand Via.
− De verlichting bij de spiegel in de badkamer kan beter. Maar dat is ook het enige minpuntje!

10.0Excellent Location, Spacious Family Room & Outstanding Staff I had a fantastic stay at Tribu Malasaña and honestly couldn’t have made a better last-minute choice. I booked the hotel at short notice and had no regrets whatsoever. The location is excellent — it’s within easy walking distance of many of Madrid’s main tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and landmarks, making it a great base for exploring the city without constantly relying on taxis or public transport. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The room was equipped with everything we needed, especially for a longer stay — a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and cutlery, which made it feel much more like a home away from home. Above all, the staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. A special mention to Roxana and Sandra, who were both incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their service really made a difference and deserves recognition. Overall, Tribu Malasaña exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was a last-minute booking. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Madrid and would happily recommend it to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with genuinely great staff. Definitely a hotel of choice for my next Madrid visit!
