8.0Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia durante nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Malasaña, una zona perfecta para salir a caminar y recorrer Madrid. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias, y todo estaba muy bien organizado. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal del hotel. Todos fueron sumamente amables, atentos y hospitalarios durante nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. Viajábamos en grupo y tuvieron el detalle de acomodarnos en habitaciones cercanas, algo que agradecimos mucho. En general, nos sentimos muy a gusto y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

10.0En pleno centro, en Malasaña y al lado de Chueca, a 5 minutos de Gran Vía. Buen apartamento, la cama cómoda, la ducha estupenda, daba a una calle lateral y por eso era más tranquila. Muy recomendable. El trato del personal de recepción amabilísimo, la limpieza estupenda.
