− Further to my last review, I have decided not to book for my May trip becasue I do not think it is reasonable to have guests choosing either a double bed for a 2 twin bed but only on condition that if it is available. I strongly recommend the hotel to change that policy & to delete "if available" so that guests do not have to worry (especially if your booking is non-refundable) until arrival if the room will be a room with 2 twin beds as requested or just one double bed. I also noticed that quite a few review mentioned the unpleasant woman at the reception desk who treated guest in a rather impolite manner. I had actually told her in her face that that is not the way to treat your hotel guests and she had not improved (may be because she is the owner /proprietor). That is the other reason why I decided not to rebook this hotel again.

for the price, would consider all good, room is big

− Too remote from BTS especially during hot sunny afternoons or late nights unless you are in the area for a reason, right next to tennis club where I played everyday during my stays or the famous gym behind the hotel. Limited shuttle service during the day to Onnut BTS but offer no return ride back to hotel. They have removed the microwave in the room ( I stayed in this hotel 3 times for the tennis next door). The only microwave for guests is in the staff kitchen across the parking area, unpleasant. The woman at the reception desk (looks like the owner) is not friendly at all in welcoming guests or if you have questions or special requests, always with a stern face but the staff members are all very nice. On the booking you can choose 1 double bed or 2 twin bed but it also says "if available". Last time, I requested a 2-twin bed room for 2 men but they replyed "if available". Even though I did get a 2-twin bed room, I had to worry about the uncertainty from booking to arriving at the hotel . I have just booked again & I requested a confirmation of 2 twin beds for 2 men or I will cancel coming reservation.

Sauber, Klimaanlage ist in einem Land wie Thailand absolut nötig. Hier lies sich der Raum zum schlafen angenehm runterkühlen. Ein TukTuk fährt stündlich zur Bahn/Einkaufszentrum. Ein Seven/Eleven ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Fitnesstudio Muscle Factory ist in sichtweite des Hotels. Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer (In Thailand ein muss) Wäsche Service ist ganz in der Nähe.
