10.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Aussicht/Skyline von der Skybar GENZ war wundervoll. Die Lage war sehr Zentral und die umliegende Tempel und Goldgeschäfte vermittelten ein angenehmes Sicherheitsgefühl.
− Ich war zuerst in ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und die Lüftungsanlage hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Ich konnte jedoch relativ rash ein upgrade erhalten zu einen Zimmer mit Balkon und mein restliches Aufenthalt geniessen.

8.0We spent new years eve here and fortunately there was some entertainment on the many roof bars and restaurants which was quite reasonable. As for the rooms they could do with updating and the fridge was quite loud,
