− La falta de presión en el agua. Que no tengan ni un estropajo ni jabón para lavar los vasos.

8.0- near to two BTS stations namely, 1. Chong-Nonsi 2. SalaDaeng by walking distance. - 7eleven around the corner - super fast cooling air-cond - pantry in the room with cutlery etc - small private garden with greens
− - the bathroom comes with bathub (prefer standing shower) - no hand towel provided - rusty showerhead - shower curtain too long (risk of stepping on it & fall down) - not easy to adjust the water temperature as the faucet is old & hard to turn

− ผ้าเช็ดเท้า....ในห้องน้ำ.บางทำให้ลื่น บริเวณเช็คอิน รก รุงรัง มีข้าวของสำหรับเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ซ่อมแซมวางไว้ไม่เป็นระเบียบ เอกสารวางระเกะระกะ พื้นที่ที่ลูกค้าเข้ามาพบในครั้งแรกควรจะสบายตา เห็นพื้นที่ล็อบบี้แล้วอึดอัด เปิดประตูเข้าปุ๊บเห็นสลิปเปอร์สีขาวทางขวามือวางตั้วแต่วันแรกจนวันสุดท้าย ลูกค้าไม่ควรจะเห็นอะไรแบบนี้.. ขอ ผู้บริหารช่วยดูแลด้วย

2.0Location was great for where we wanted to go on a daily/nightly basis.
− Major plumbing issues - one morning we had no water (including toilet flushing) for 4 hours. Shower not very poweful and hot water was intermittent. No aircon in corridors and lift.
