Pésimo marque desde las 7 pm para avisar que iba a llegar a las 10 y nadie contestó el teléfono no funcionaba llegué 10:30 en seguridad nadie sabía nada no había nadie en recepción nadie me contestó de verdad descepcionante hasta las 12:00 de la noche me escribieron por parte de la recepción obviamente ya me había retirado deberían de tener mejor servicio o comunicacion

Excelente servicio, atención y lugar, volveré a seleccionarlo en mi siguiente visita. Tienes la comodidad de contar con un supermercado un piso abajo del Lobby

Me cambiaron de hotel lo cual no estuvo mal la habitación muy buena con una vista muy padre Lo único es que no servía la televisión me decían que estaban cambiando de proveedor . Y el clima estaba demasiado frío no encontré el control y no había cobija extra así como no encontré jabón ni shampoo. Por lo demás excelente lugar

Be careful ! On the reservations platforms, Park Life are promoting rooms with landmark views or patios views that don't actually have any views since ALL WINDOWS are frosted. We've been absolutely scammed and Park Life retained all of our money for not accepting to stay in a room that had no window for 4 days. We had to reserve another hotel nearby, and never could get a refund either. On top of that the rooms are old and stinky, furniture is all rundown, etc. Park Life explained that only long term get to get views, all short terms are not a priority, even though they pay over 2,000 pesos a night. Not only are they dishonest with their listing and promotion, but they also refused that we took photos from the rooms, since we were not going to stay (which we fought for, because we initially had a reservation with them so they couldn't refuse us the access). On top of that they explained us that the rooms with windows and without are the same category in booking.com because they are stritcly the same, beside the lack of a view. We had explained before going, that we were there to stay for a few days working and needed a view, but they didn't seem to care. The woman at the counter didn't try to do any effort to help, and once we had booked another place nearby she said she could offer a free upgrade, which we couldn't take anymore since our second booking was non refundable. The reason why all the windows are frosted are pretty obvious when you know what's outside... but a honest hotel or group would have a category of room without windows that they would sell for a lower price than their top floor... except Park Life doesn't hav this type of considerations. I would absolutely avoid Park Life brand ever again.

No recibí la habitación que reservé, se me informo 5 horas previas a mi llegada, se me ofreció otra habitación sin vista o cancelar reservación, lo cual al ser el mismo dia de mi llegada no me era posible.
