10.0Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good.
