− Disappointed that the pool facilities were by booking only so I was unable to use them but this was the purpose of my booking the hotel. Bathroom was a little unclean
Great hotel, spoilt by a dismally underpowered shower.
7.0The hotel is well appointed and close to Waterloo Station (approximately a 6 minute walk). The room was a good size, clean and cool in the height of the London summer.
− The shower whilst modern was totally useless. The modern rainfall shower was not matched by the pathetic dribble of water it provided. I pointed this out to the reception on check out and she merely shrugged - I assumed from this that mine was not the first complaint of this nature that she had heard. It's a shame as aside from that the hotel was absolutely fine.

8.0La posizione! vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Tanti ristoranti validi nella zona da pizza al sushi, tanto etnico e pub. Dispenser di sapone per le mani,shampoo,balsamo e crema corpo sempre disponibili sia in camera che nello spogliatoio della piscina/sauna. Colazione abbondante e molto varia,dolce salata crudo e cotto di tutti i tipi.
− Migliorerai la pulizia delle camere,non che fosse sporca ma per un 4 stelle mi aspettavo di più.
