10.0Friendly staff, near major transportation, can go by train, boat. Also has actual hot water, not just an attachable heater

− Once you step outside the hotel, the smell from the wet market hits. They need to upgrade facilities, equipment. Really needs renovation.
Decent but not a 5 star hotel
7.0The breakfast is different every day and was very tasty. The suite was large and the beds were very comfortable. Housing keeping was great and sorted out travel cots for the children. The location although odd at the beginning is very good, especially the shopping mall and nearby shops.
− I feel like this isn't a 5 star hotel for sure. The lift's barely worked and for a day they didn't work and had to use the staff one. For a 5 star the room was just okay, I would expect better. When heading to the breakfast, there wasn't anyone to greet us and felt like we were distrubing the staff eating their breakfast but turns out it was some sort of meeting/conventation at the hotel.
