2.0the location of the hotel was fantastic, as was the size of the room and the view from the balcony.
− The pool was one of the main reasons I chose to book Imagine Marco, and it was closed for the entirety of my stay with no prior notice. Separately, and more seriously, I broke a cologne bottle in the ensuite at around 7pm on the first night. When I asked for help cleaning it up, I was told no assistance would be available until the next morning. When I then asked for a broom or cleaning tools so I could clear it myself, this was also refused for the same reason. As a result, the ensuite was completely unusable for the remainder of my stay.
