7.0− The hotel is next to the road, there is a very narrow sidewalk, there is no place to stand with luggage, there is a very steep climb to get to the hotel, reasonable breakfast, the price is too high compared to the standard of the hotel.

9.0Un séjour parfait en amoureux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein cœur de Lisbonne, très propre, avec une superbe ambiance feutrée et reposante. C'était un voyage surprise pour ma femme et elle a tout simplement adoré. L'espace spa et piscine intérieure est une vraie bouffée d'oxygène après une journée de marche. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant qui est excellent, ainsi qu'à Yasoja à l'accueil pour son grand sourire, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité exemplaire.
− Absolument rien, tout s'est déroulé à merveille du début à la fin. Le seul regret est de ne pas être restés quelques nuits de plus !

Abbiamo apprezzato i numerosi servizi inclusi, come il minibar, l’accesso alla spa, il drink offerto sulla terrazza panoramica e il deposito bagagli. La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto enorme e un materasso comodissimo; inoltre, si riusciva a ottenere il buio completo, dettaglio non sempre scontato. Tutte queste attenzioni rendono il rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero ottimo.
