6.0When we got to the hotel, they told us the hotel was full so they had to move us to another hotel and it took two hours, and I am not happy about it. The breakfast on the other Hotel was not as good as grand Palace to PC.

2.0No room was available despite paying in advance. I was driven to a different hotel, and then to a third hotel. No one spoke English. The hotel where I stayed did not have lighting or towels, so I took a shower by flashlight and dried myself in the open air by the window. What can I say? It is Georgia and apparently this is not an unusual occurrence.
