10.0Staff and food were fantastic. Everyone was very helpful. Location very different for Bangkok and I enjoyed being in that part of town very much for a different experience of the city.
− Staff very helpfully arranged water taxis for me. GRAB also available, short walk from hotel through the lanes so location not as difficult as it first seemed.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
10.0This place was incredible! Very comfortable and with the friendliest staff. We had a flight change, and they were willing to accommodate us with no problems. The food was amazing and so were the views. Plus, they have 2 huge tortoises living in the lobby. I truly can’t love this place enough!!!!
− This location is PERFECT!!! However, it’s not accessible by the main road. So there’s a 3-5 minute walk. It’s not a big deal, but if you have a lot of luggage, and struggle with the heat, it can be a nuisance.
Will definitely like to stay again in near future.
10.0Live up to Michelin with food presentation, quality & taste. Staffs were fantastic, particularly Kupree who was attentive & thoughtful. Nature ambience is comfortable allow to relax wholly despite the bustling neighborhood.

Amazing Experience
10.0Really enjoyed my stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. But what made it stand out was the staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful, not just doing their job but actually making sure guests feel welcome. You can tell there’s good management behind the scenes because everything runs smoothly and the service is consistently great. Please pass this on to the management team, they’re clearly doing something right. Would happily stay here again.
