Very centric close to main sites in Coyoacan. Staff is very friendly and responsive to any requests
9.0Excellent location, so close to the center of Coyoacán, the Coyoacán market, and the Frida Kahlo museum. The staff was really friendly and responsive to any questions or requests.

3.0I only ended up staying one night the beds were uncomfortable and staff did not care after we told them. Ended up not staying a second night and going out and renting a room at another hotel for comfort.
− Service was ok but the room was not big enough, beds were hard and staff was just awkward that made us feel uncomfortable.
Perfect location!
10.0We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but our accommodations were just wonderful, quiet and relaxing. All the staff was understanding and accommodating to our traveling needs, especially when related to safe keeping our luggage for a couple hours.
− Everything just perfect with the exception of a rocking chair in our room, which was just related to a scary movie that we watched previous to our trip. LOL... Nothing against the rocking chair. Other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful, and will plan to stay at this hotel again.

− -Mosquitoes -loud street noise -unprofessional welcome - more like being welcomed to a backpackers hostel than a boutique hotel and spa -bathroom had only 1 glass panel in shower -no fan in room and no AC; had to request 2 fans twice before we got them -went looking for staff about 30 minutes after our arrival and the whole house was empty -Poor room lighting
