− The room size was much smaller than expected and the cost for it was inflated.
Great hotel, good location, and excellent breakfast.
10.0The location of the hotel is great. Not too far of a walk for the London Bridge Underground and close by many restaurants, bars, and sites. Easy to find and a lovely area. The breakfast is excellent. Large and so many different choices both hot and cold options. Would highly recommend this hotel. The A/C was much appreciated as we were there during on of their heat waves.
Mould-ridden room and staff did nothing to help us

− We stayed in a room that smelled of strong mould. We raised this several times and nothing was done about it.
