8.0CON: ant infestation that i had to kill n spray some of outdoor bug spray to make sure it wont come back. Has a stink that needs to pour some antibacterial liquid down the drain. Needs a deeper clean. Bedroom AC system leaks water middle of the night that wakes me up with a noise. PRO: everyone super nice. Walk is 3 to 6 min to BTS. Beadroom tv has lots of channels.

8.0Lovely pool.Great area in Sukhumvit. Fairly quiet, multicultural, lots different eats, close to supermarket. Near to Easy to use BTS SkyTrain.

2.0房間跟預訂照片差別很大！ 而且預訂好的房間酒店不能提供給我們 把兩個家庭拆散了三間房間入住 兩房房型現實跟網上的照片差異不能接受 供水和去水系統也很差

Not worth the price
2.0Bad quality buildig with street noise (as if window was open) and little noise absorption. Cheap fittings. Tap in bathroom broken. Shower water temperature control difficult. Terrible location to get to by taxi/grab
